JMFA Ltd. sells innovative footwear, accessories, and sporting goods sourced from small European manufacturers. As the business grew past 100,000 orders a month, its third-party logistics providers became too slow and too expensive. By moving fulfillment to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and connecting every sales channel with Listing Mirror, JMFA cut fulfillment costs by 80% and now delivers orders in 1.4 days on average.
Michal Aleksandrowicz founded JMFA Ltd. in 2015, and what started as a side project with a single Amazon store became a full-time business with a team of ten across Europe and the Philippines. The catalog grew to roughly 3,000 products—shoe care and accessories, toys, and sporting equipment—much of it sourced from private-label owners he knows personally, including Kaps, the brand his father started more than 20 years ago.
European shoppers buy across borders and across marketplaces, so growth meant selling in more places at once. JMFA was already using Pan-European FBA for its Amazon orders, but expanding off Amazon required a third-party logistics partner that could keep up. The 3PLs the company worked with first were too slow and too expensive for a business whose average order value is about $10.
“As my business grew, I started looking for a 3PL that could manage my operations effectively and use their existing systems to identify opportunities to improve value within our supply chain. Since we sell on a number of different channels and across a number of different countries, it’s important that we have a 3PL provider that can handle our order fulfillment at a low cost.”
Michal Aleksandrowicz, General Manager, JMFA Ltd.
Aleksandrowicz chose Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, which lets sellers fulfill orders from any sales channel out of the same Amazon inventory pool—with access to a fulfillment network of 77 centers across the UK and EU and more than 200 globally.
Listing Mirror is the layer that ties it together. JMFA manages product listings for every channel from a single catalog in Listing Mirror, and orders that come in from eBay, Zalando, Kaufland, Cdiscount, Shopify, and Amazon are routed automatically to MCF for fulfillment. Inventory levels stay in sync across all six channels, and tracking flows back to the originating marketplace without anyone touching a spreadsheet.
“Using Listing Mirror’s reliable and robust software for the past five years has helped our business tremendously. With their excellent solution support, getting started and connected to MCF was easy. Even with thousands of products, the integration saves time and makes catalog management simple.”

Orders are delivered in 1.4 days on average—a 46% improvement in delivery speed—with 99% delivery estimate accuracy.
A single Pan-European FBA inventory pool now serves every channel, removing the need to manage a logistics provider in each country.
Stock sits in fulfillment centers close to customers, so JMFA avoids cross-border shipping markups on low-margin orders.
New marketplaces can be tested without building another inventory pool or taking on new operational complexity.
Thousands of listings are created and maintained from one catalog in Listing Mirror instead of channel by channel.
A ten-person team supports 100,000 monthly orders across 14 countries and six sales channels.
“I recommend MCF to any business undergoing rapid growth and managing orders across the EU. It would have been impossible for us to grow stock pools in all of the geographies where we are experiencing demand. MCF has truly opened the door for us to test new sales channels without large startup costs, making our ecommerce strategy a success.”

Listing Mirror keeps listings, inventory, and orders in sync across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and more—and hands off fulfillment to Amazon MCF automatically. Talk to us about your catalog, or create an account and start connecting channels.
