InkFrog Shutdown: Migrate to Listing Mirror Without Losing Your Templates

InkFrog is shutting down June 1, 2026 — migrate before May 31 and keep your templates

Ink Frog is shutting down June 1. Sign up by June 15 and we’ll migrate everything for you — free.

Templates, images, listings, inventory. Our US-based onboarding team handles the move while your eBay storefront stays live. Most migrations finish in days.

Offer ends June 15, 2026. Available to Ink Frog customers migrating to Listing Mirror.

What “Free White-Glove Migration” actually means

A dedicated US-based onboarding coordinator handles the move end-to-end:

  • Templates rescued. We bring your existing Ink Frog templates into Listing Mirror’s builder — or rebuild them — so your branded storefront stays intact.
  • Images re-hosted. Your product images move to Listing Mirror’s CDN before June 1, so your live eBay listings keep rendering instead of breaking on shutdown day.
  • Listings mapped and synced. We pull your active eBay listings and map them into Listing Mirror so multi-channel inventory and orders work from day one.
  • Channels configured. Expand to Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and more on the same migration — no separate onboarding cycle.
  • 30 days of priority support after you go live, so you’re not figuring out edge cases alone.

Free for any Ink Frog seller who signs up before June 15, 2026.

Migration FAQ

Everything Ink Frog sellers ask us before making the move.

Will my live eBay listings break during the migration?

No. Your eBay listings live on eBay’s servers, not Ink Frog’s, so they don’t disappear when Ink Frog does. What does break on June 1 is anything pulling from Ink Frog’s servers — hosted images (your listings will display broken image boxes) and HTML templates that load styling from their CDN. Our migration moves your images to Listing Mirror’s CDN and rebuilds your templates before May 31, so your listings keep rendering cleanly through the transition.

How does the image migration actually work?

We pull your product images directly from your live eBay listings — not from Ink Frog — and host them within Listing Mirror, then update the listing URLs to point at the new locations. You don’t manually upload anything; our onboarding team handles the entire swap. Because we pull from eBay (not Ink Frog), we don’t need access to your Ink Frog dashboard at all — but the sooner we run the migration, the sooner your listings stop relying on Ink Frog-hosted URLs that go dark on June 1.

Is the free white-glove migration really free?

Yes. No setup fee, no migration fee, no hidden onboarding charge. You sign up for a Listing Mirror plan and we handle the migration at no extra cost. The offer is available to any Ink Frog customer who signs up before June 15, 2026.

How long does the migration take?

Most Ink Frog migrations take 2–5 business days from kickoff. Typical timeline:

  • Day 1 — Onboarding call and account setup
  • Days 2–3 — Template migration, image re-hosting, eBay listing pull
  • Day 4 — Channel sync configuration and review
  • Day 5 — Go live

Larger catalogs (10,000+ SKUs) may take a week or two. We’ll set a realistic timeline on the onboarding call based on your specific setup.

What’s pricing after migration?

Listing Mirror pricing varies by listing volume and channel count. We’ll match a plan to your actual needs on the onboarding call — most Ink Frog migrators are coming from a $20–50/month range, and we have plans that fit similar profiles. Full plan details at listingmirror.com/price.

Can I cancel if Listing Mirror isn’t the right fit? And what happens to my data?

Plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime, no termination fee, no minimum contract. Your data is yours and always exportable from your account directly. Listing Mirror has been operating since 2016 and isn’t going anywhere, but if we ever did wind down, the export feature means you’d have everything you need to move elsewhere on your own timeline — not on a 30-day countdown.

Do you support automated GTC end-and-relist scheduling at the 29-day mark?

Yes. Listing Mirror supports scheduled end-and-relist for eBay GTC listings on a configurable cadence (29 days, 30 days, or whatever interval you set). The automation handles bulk ending and relisting so you keep the eBay search-ranking refresh that Ink Frog’s GTC Watchdog provided.

I only sell on eBay — is Listing Mirror overkill for me?

Honest answer: if you’re committed to eBay-only with no plans to expand, an eBay-specific tool may fit better — Listing Mirror’s strength is multi-channel and you’d be paying for capability you don’t use. That said, most Ink Frog migrators we talk to are at least open to expanding to Amazon, Walmart, or Etsy once the multi-channel tooling is in place. A 15-minute call will tell you which side of that line you’re on.

What if I miss the June 15 deadline?

You can still migrate to Listing Mirror after June 15 — the offer just expires, so standard onboarding fees apply for managed migration. Self-serve options remain available at no cost. One important caveat: if you also miss the May 31 Ink Frog export deadline, we can’t recover your templates or images from their servers afterward — only what you’ve already exported. Don’t wait on that one.

Do you integrate with my existing shipping and accounting tools?

Likely yes. Listing Mirror integrates with ShipStation, ShipNetwork, Flexport, Amazon FBA / MCF, QuickBooks, NetSuite, and others. The full integration list is at listingmirror.com/integrations. If your specific tool isn’t supported, we’ll tell you on the onboarding call rather than discover it three weeks in.

Rescue your templates and images before May 31.

After May 31, 2026, your InkFrog dashboard goes offline and there’s no way to pull your templates, images, or product data out. Our onboarding team will help you migrate everything to Listing Mirror before the cutoff so your branded storefront stays intact across every marketplace.
