If you’re selling on Walmart and want Walmart to fulfill orders for you (including orders from other marketplaces), you’re in the right spot. Listing Mirror supports Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) and Walmart Multichannel Solutions (MCS) so you can route eligible orders straight into Walmart’s fulfillment network.
This post walks you through enabling WFS inside Listing Mirror and explains why the Multichannel Solutions Sales Channel ID matters.
What are WFS and Multichannel Solutions?
Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) is Walmart’s pick-pack-ship program. You send inventory to Walmart fulfillment centers, and Walmart handles storage, shipping, and often returns for eligible items.
Walmart Multichannel Solutions (MCS) extends that fulfillment muscle beyond Walmart.com. With MCS, Walmart can fulfill orders from any of your sales channels (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) using the same pooled WFS inventory. That means:
- competitive fulfillment + storage pricing
- unbranded packaging for non-Walmart orders
- centralized inventory across channels
- fast delivery options
In Listing Mirror, enabling WFS is what connects your Walmart store to that fulfillment pipeline.
Before you start: get your MCS Sales Channel ID
To send non-Walmart marketplace orders to Walmart for fulfillment, Walmart needs to know which sales channel the order came from. In Multichannel Solutions, each sales channel you create in Walmart Seller Center gets a unique Sales Channel ID. You’ll paste that ID into Listing Mirror in the steps below. Walmart Marketplace Learn
If you haven’t added a sales channel yet (or need help finding the ID), Walmart has a short guide that shows exactly how to create one and where the ID lives afterward. Walmart Marketplace Learn
Important: you only need to add one sales channel for this integration.
When Walmart asks you to choose or name a channel, create a custom channel called “Listing Mirror.” Once saved, Walmart will generate your Sales Channel ID, and you can copy it from the Sales Channels page in Seller Center.
How to enable WFS in Listing Mirror
- Open your Walmart integration.
In Listing Mirror, go to Integrations → Manage Integrations, then click your Walmart store. - Enter your MCS Sales Channel ID.
In the Walmart store settings, fill in the MCS Sales Channel ID field.
Tip: Copy this from Walmart Seller Center (Multichannel settings). - Enable the WMS (Walmart) warehouse for the channels you want fulfilled.
Go back to Integrations → Manage Integrations.
Click each marketplace whose orders you want Walmart to fulfill.
Then drag the “WMS Warehouse” into the “Enabled Warehouses” box and click Save. - Done.
From here, eligible orders from those channels will route to Walmart for fulfillment through WFS/MCS.
What happens after enabling?
Once WFS is enabled:
- Orders from enabled channels can be sent to Walmart for fulfillment (as long as the items are WFS-eligible and in WFS inventory).
- You can operate with one pooled inventory for multiple marketplaces, reducing oversells and mismatched stock.
- Customers on non-Walmart channels get unbranded packaging and Walmart-handled shipping/returns where applicable.
Wrap-up
Enabling WFS in Listing Mirror is the switch that lets Walmart handle fulfillment for your Walmart store — and with Multichannel Solutions, it opens the door to fulfilling orders from everywhere else you sell, using a single inventory pool.
